The Carolinas Development Assistance and Siting Hub (C-DASH) program offers support to local governments in the Carolinas with education and technical assistance on solar and wind energy siting and permitting.

The C-DASH team is available to help counties understand the recent South Carolina Energy Security Act (S.3309), which details design and development standards for solar energy systems over 13 acres in counties without their own ordinance.
