2026 SCAC Scholarships

Applications for the 2026 scholarship program will be accepted beginning Oct. 15, 2025.

Presidential Scholarship

Each year, SCAC's Presidential Scholarship Program awards one $5,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who is a resident of the same county as our SCAC President. Since Chesterfield County Council Chairwoman Mary D. Anderson is the current SCAC President, our 2026 Presidential Scholarship will be awarded to a Chesterfield County resident.

Over the course of four years, on a rotating basis, the Board of Directors Scholarship program will award a $5,000 scholarship to one graduating high school senior from each of South Carolina's 46 counties. For 2026, 12 Board of Directors Scholarships will be awarded. A resident from each of the following counties will be selected to receive a $5,000 Board of Director's scholarship: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Colleton, Darlington, Dorchester, Fairfield, Greenville, Greenwood, Jasper, Marlboro, and McCormick Counties.
