The South Carolina Association of Counties' FY 2024 Wage and Salary Report is now available online. The report contains wage and salary survey results for 203 positions in county government. The S.C. Office of Revenue and Fiscal Affairs has released county millage rate limitations for FY 24-25. County population estimates, one of the two components that make up the millage rate increase limitation prescribed in Section 6-1-320(A)(1), were recently released by the U.S. Census Bureau. The other component, CPI, was released in February. The CPI for FY 25 is 4.12%.
