Lexington County Veterans' Affairs Officer Named Officer of The Year

Please help us congratulate Lexington County's Ed Lundeen who has been named the South Carolina Veterans' Affairs Officer of the Year by the South Carolina Association of County Veterans’ Affairs Officers.

Ed Lundeen and his team at the Lexington County Veterans' Affairs Office were recognized in front of County Council during their meeting on Tuesday, May 9.

This award is intended to recognize a County Veterans’ Affairs Officer who has shown unusual initiative and imagination in the performance of their duty. This award recognizes a County Veterans’ Affairs Officer who has made outstanding contributions to the Veterans in the State of South Carolina and the Veterans Advocate profession, demonstrates exceptional service to their community, and has contributed to the betterment of the SC Association of County Veterans’ Affairs Officers.
