New Institute of Government Classes Available Online: Putting Dollars to Work for Your County (Advanced) and Strategic Planning (Level I Elective)

Institute of Government classes recorded at the 2021 Annual Conference are now available online.

 
The first is Strategic Planning, which is a Level I Elective. This course focuses on the importance of planning and goal setting within the policy-making process. Participants will be introduced to models of annual and strategic planning; goal development and prioritization; and methods for determining goal progress and accomplishment.
 
The second course now available is Putting Dollars to Work for Your County: State & Local Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Funds, which is an Advanced course that provides 3 hours of Institute credit upon completion.
 
In order to access the courses, use the link below. If you are not logged into the Member Portal, you will be prompted to log in with those credentials.
 
 
Once logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard where you can click on the “Catalog” tab on the top menu to find the courses. After you complete a course, you will receive a completion email and a link to the course evaluation.
