Legislative Conference
The South Carolina Association of Counties will hold its 2025 Legislative Conference from Dec. 4-6 at the AC Hotel located at 315 South Main Street, Greenville (29601). During this conference, the final policy recommendations of the policy steering committees will be reviewed and discussed by the Legislative Committee. The policy positions adopted by the Legislative Committee at this conference will become SCAC’s official policy positions on these issues.

Registration Information
The deadline for early registration ($195.00/person) is Monday, Nov. 24. After Nov. 24 and on-site, the registration fee will be $205.00 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled by 5 p.m. on Nov. 24 will be assessed a $10.00 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be given after Nov. 24.
Hotel Information
Reserve your room at the AC Hotel Greenville (adjust dates and click "Check Availability" to access the block) or call the hotel at (864) 720-2950 and identify yourself with the SC Association of Counties to get the special room rate.
The hotel rate is $175.00 per night plus taxes and fees per night; the total room rate is $197.75 per night. Hotel reservations must be made with the hotel no later than Nov. 19. Parking is $18 for self-parking or $25 per day for valet.
