As a field representative, Rick has the opportunity to work with all of the association’s departments in various ways. When asked what he enjoys most about working with SCAC, he replied, “I enjoy being able to travel the state and provide face to face service for the employees of South Carolina’s county governments. Over the last few years, I have enjoyed getting more involved with our insurance trust programs by teaching defensive classes and hope to continue expanding my role by teaching more insurance classes for county employees.”
In his spare time, Rick enjoys working on home improvement projects, stand-up comedy, reading science fiction, and going on adventures with his dog, Donna.
