The hotel registration deadline has passed. Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
- If you are sending a check, the hotel must receive the check one month prior to your check-in.
- Use the Credit Card Authorization Form if you are paying with a credit card that is not in your name.

To book two days pre/post the group contracted dates of October 26-29, guests should book the reservation for the dates it allows online first. Then call the hotel directly, provide name/confirmation number and group name, and they will extend the reservation at the discounted group rate!
