H. 5683(opens in a new tab) – Would repeal the current South Carolina congressional districts and re-establish districts from which members of the U.S. House are elected. 

H. 5684(opens in a new tab) – Would, by joint resolution, establish a special primary date for 2026 if redistricting occurs.

S. 1174(opens in a new tab) – Would enact the “South Carolina Speed Safety Act of 2026.”
