Hotel Reservations
We have rooms at the Hilton and Hampton Inn downtown Columbia at discounted rates. The deadline to receive the discounted rate for both hotels is Sept. 26. Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
- If you are sending a check, the hotel must receive the check one month prior to your check-in.
- Use the Credit Card Authorization Form if you are paying with a credit card that is not in your name.

Self-parking is $18 per day.
To book 2 days pre/post the group contracted dates of October 26-29, guests should book the reservation for the dates it allows online first. Then call the hotel directly, provide name/confirmation number and group name, and they will extend the reservation at the discounted group rate!
