SCAC Debt Collection Software
Upgrades
The Debt Collection Program is a
comprehensive Microsoft Windows application developed by Five Star
Computing, Inc. for the South Carolina Association of Counties.
The software will be revised periodically to include enhancements
and improvements to the functionality of the software.
A self-extracting installation file (DebtSetoff.exe)
will be available in each participant's secure web folder at
https://scac.setoff.org.
Please download this file into your C:/ProgramFiles/Debt
folder to install the upgrade. To view a description of the software,
please click here.
