The Account Information function maintains your assigned entity information and secure server information used for the automated Transmit functions.
Note: the Account Information should not require any changes unless the Association of Counties requires you to change your password. Be aware that making changes without direction from the S.C. Association of Counties technical support group may cause the Transmit menu functions not to operate.
The Import from Legacy DOS System function allows for the migration of data from the DOS Debt Collection program, versions 2007.01 and prior, to this Windows application.
The Locate Database function allows for the configuration so that this application can operate on a network. The network drive letter must be defined through this function in order for the network operation.
Note: If the database resides on the workstation that this software also resides, there is no reason to use the Locate Database function.
The Printer Selection function allows for the setting of any attached printer for any reports or output. Once you've selected a printer, all reports will be sent to the defined printer.
The System Settings function allows for the setting of the order of the data when using the Search Debtors.
