POSITION:  Chester County Detention Center Line Officer

JOB FUNCTIONS:  Providing proper detention and care of persons lawfully incarcerated; maintain the safety, security and welfare of inmates, staff and the general public; oversees and supervises the activities of inmates. EOE.

REQUIREMENTS:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Must have valid state driver’s license. Will be required to complete necessary SC Criminal Justice Academy training and receive proper certification. Must have clear criminal history check.
