Local Government has never been more important. The issues that matter most in the US require local government to perform at the highest level. Managers are increasing catalysts for getting things done. They must work through highly complex multi-sector strategies. This environment requires new leadership skills for both the manager and the senior staff. This session will explore the changing landscape of local government and the leadership attributes required to be successful.
